Matsushita Electric unveiled its first interchangeable DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera which it has co-developed with Olympus with plans to market it by the end of 2006. Featuring Olympus' optical technology and Matsushita's shake-proof technology, this camera uses German Leica's interchangeable lens to offer control and operability similar to analog cameras. Matsushita Electric expects to seize 10% of the DSLR market with the rollout.
